Walmart is providing free samples of new Purina Active Life Dog Chow. Allow the page to load and wait for the second slide to load (looks like the picture on the side) and then click on the ‘Get a Free Sample’ button to access the sample request form.
*NOTE* The 1st slide will show a FREE sample Purina Cat Chow Healthy Weight too! You can request both. Allow up to 4 weeks for each sample to arrive.
